Background Gastro (formerly Menú Ya) was an application influenced by global platforms like Opentable and Groupon. The main challenge was the lack of real-time communication and interaction between restaurants and potential clients within existing digital tools. The company needed a mobile application that could deliver high-quality, updated information and real-time schedules in Costa Rica to help users save time and money.
